The Board of Transcom Holding AB (publ) has decided to promote the current CFO, Jonas Dahlberg, to the position of CEO and President effective as of January 1, 2020, when the current CEO Michael Weinreich, will leave the company operationally and step into a Senior Advisor role to the Transcom Board.

Dahlberg is a visiting professor of Architecture and Critical Studies at the Royal Institute of Art in Stockholm. Jonas Dahlberg (born 1970, Uddevalla) is a Swedish artist who lives in Stockholm, Sweden. He is mostly known for his video installation work. One of his more notorious works involved placing surveillance cameras in toilets.
